Returns

We are so pleased that you’ve chosen MKCurvy for your trendy, African inspired clothing! We aim to provide a great shopping experience.

All Ready to wear clothing and accessories purchased from MKCurvy can be returned for exchanges within 30 days of receipt provided the clothing/accessories have not been worn. All returns are expected to return in the original packaging. Prior to shipping back, kindly contact customer service at customerservice@mkcurvy.com to notify of intention to return and receive a return notification identifier.

Shipping costs related to returns are the responsibility of the client. Should a replacement size be requested, MKCurvy will bear the cost of shipping back out to the client. We do not provide refunds on ready to wear clothing and accessories.

Although we do not provide returns or refunds on Custom made items at this time, we would still like to understand any issues our clients may have. Let’s rub minds together and ensure things work out fine.
